House "MD"
A house designed during my internship at PLAE.
The house has 2 bedrooms, a Master bedroom, an office next to the entrance and an openspace living area composed with a modern Linear Kitchen and an island cooking area.
The project is in Licencing procedure, and will start construction mid 2015.
HOUSE_"RA"

This project was done during my Architecture Internship at PLAE – Paulino e Liliana Arquitectura e Engenharia,LDA.
The client wanted to build 2 homes, one for them, a Young Couple, and another one for her parents, the Elder Couple.
in the process, after studying the project site and the client’s wishes, I came up with the design of two homes, side by side, linked together but with total privacy, sharing only the Garage.
In the process I showed them that the house of the Elder couple should only take part of the Ground Floor and their home should be divided in two parts, the Kitchen and dinner area in the ground floor and the Living and room quarters on the First Floor.
The project is Licensed and its construction is undergoing..
LANHELAS - "R" (reconstruction)

Rustic House - "Mogalhão"
Location : Dem - Caminha
This is a concept created to transform a Farm into a Rustic House Hotel.
This was made to obtain an Market study of the business and to promote the selling of the Farm as a Real State with possibilty to transform into a self employment.
House "G"
Concept created for Real State purposes.
The Real State agency had a Site with construction permit and needed to show a perspective Client what could be built in it.
So I talked to the Client, found out what they wanted and liked about a house thus creating this concept.
It has 3 rooms, 2 in the ground floor, beeing one of them a Suite and another Suite in the Top Floor wich would be the Master Bedroom with an impressive view to the Atlantic Sea.
Concept House - The Cube
A concept house created from a cube, that is choped and escavated to create its spaces and shape!
The "School " House

This project was done during my Architecture Internship at PLAE – Paulino e Liliana Arquitectura e Engenharia,LDA.
This is a study to be implemented on a site that sits right next to the local primary school, thus its name "The "School" House".
The site has a Ruin in it, and some rock formations...so I planed to use the rocks as much as possible maintaining them in place in front of the house, and using the topography to insert the garage without much trouble.
In the back the rock would accompany the pool, gently touching a deck area.
The project consists on 3 volumes, 2 white and 1 covered in Corten Steel, and the 3 are connected by the stones that once were the Ruin.
It's a lovely contemporary house with the looks and the practicality it should have.
